This year, the CCF Victoria Earth Awards and Training Awards are coming together to form 2021’s most prestigious civil industry awards event, on Friday 20th August 2021.

Below is information on how to enter your nominations for this year’s Training Awards, where you will have the opportunity to show recognition to your selected trainees/employees.

2021 CCF Victoria Earth Awards

WHY ENTER THE AWARDS?

The CCF Earth Awards recognise companies within the Victorian civil construction sector who have been involved in a project that demonstrates excellence and innovation in the fields of construction, project and environmental management.

This is an ideal opportunity to present your company’s capabilities to the industry, your clients and prospective clients. Be recognised as a Finalist or Winner at Branch and National levels for your company’s excellence in the Civil Construction Industry. (Category winners of the CCF Victoria Earth Awards will also be entered into the 2021 National CCF Earth Awards – to be held in Canberra, in November 2021).

CCF recommends the Earth Awards as a strong mechanism to enhance the partnering relationships between a company and its clients. This particular focus has proved highly successful for many Earth Awards entrants in the past and will continue to do so into the future. The awards recognise Civil Construction Companies who have recently been involved in a project which has excelled in:

WHO CAN ENTER?

The awards are open to all Australian Civil Construction companies.

Entries are welcome for projects involving either:

• Single Contractors; or
• Joint Entry; involving Contractor/Client/Consultant/Designer; or
• Overseas Aid Projects – CCF Members only in the Asia/Pacific region (companies entering such projects will be required to assist in travel costs for judging).

ELIGIBILITY

Due to COVID-19 restrictions last year, CCF Victoria was unable to hold our annual Earth Awards. This year we will be accepting entries for projects completed within the last 2 year period, as per below.

All Australian civil construction companies are eligible to submit a nomination, providing the project is completed (or has reached “Practical Completion” Ref: AS4000 1997) within either of the following 2 time periods:

From 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 (12 month period)

OR

From 1 April 2020 to March 2021 (12 month period)

Whether you are representing a small, medium or large sized civil works company, you are eligible to enter your project into one of six award categories based on Project Value, as shown below.

APPLICATION/SUBMISSION PROCESS

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE LODGED WITH CCF VICTORIA BY FRIDAY 30 APRIL 2021.

Upon receipt of your EOI, we will send you a copy of the Earth Awards Submission Guide and Template which details all the requirements to formally enter/submit your project.

NOTE: Actual PROJECT ENTRIES/SUBMISSIONS must be lodged with CCF Victoria by 30th May 2021.
