Civil Contractors Federation Victoria (CCF Victoria) today announces the departure of Lisa Kinross, who concludes six years of dedicated service to the organisation, including four years as Chief Executive Officer.

As the first female CEO in CCF Victoria’s 80-plus year history, Lisa leaves a legacy of transformation, resilience and industry stewardship that has strengthened both the organisation and the civil construction sector across Victoria.

Lisa’s stewardship is distinguished by her capacity to guide the industry through some of its most complex periods, including the challenges of COVID-19, the National 90-Day Review, and, most recently, leading CCF Victoria’s response to the Building Bad issues affecting communities across the state, including the establishment of the Voice for Victims initiative.

During her tenure, CCF Victoria’s training arm achieved significant awards and recognition at both state and national levels. Lisa also championed the development of an industry-first culture and attraction program, supporting the training of 120 women into the sector and achieving an outstanding 98 per cent retention rate.

CCF Victoria acknowledges Lisa’s contribution with sincere thanks for her service and wishes her every success in the next chapter of her career.

Lisa will be a guest at the upcoming CCF Victoria International Women’s Day Brunch on 3 March 2026 and we hope industry is able to join us there to see her in person.

Following Lisa’s departure, the CCF Victoria Board advises that Annie Kessell (Executive Manager Industry Engagement & Member Services), has been appointed as Interim Lead for the organisation, effective immediately.

Annie will provide leadership and continuity during this transition period, ensuring ongoing support for members, stakeholders and our industry partners. She can be contacted directly on 0447 222 781 for all enquiries.
