Civil Contractors Federation Victoria advises members and industry stakeholders that the state’s new Construction Complaints Referral Service (CCRS) is now active for reporting any misconduct and corruption on civil infrastructure worksites.

The CCRS, managed by Workplace Inspectorate Victoria, was established at the end of 2025, exactly one year since the Government released the Wilson Review into allegations of widespread corruption, coercion, bullying, violence and industrial sabotage by the construction union.

CCF Victoria called on the Government to immediately implement an appropriate mechanism to support contractors wanting to report incidences of misconduct and corruption on site.

CCF Victoria remains committed to ensuring the psychological safety of all our members, contractors, their personnel and their families remains of paramount importance.
