Earth Awards 2017 – Submissions Open!
The Civil Contractors Federation Victoria Branch is currently accepting nominations for the 2017 Earth Awards.
The CCF Earth Awards recognises companies within the Victorian civil sector who have been involved in a project that demonstrates excellence and innovation in the fields of construction, project and environmental management.
All Australian civil construction companies are eligible to submit a nomination, providing the project is completed (or has reached “Practical Completion” Ref: AS4000 1997) in the 12 months leading up to 31 March, 2017.
Submissions must be lodged at the CCF Branch Office by Monday 29th May 2017. In the meantime, take five minutes to fill in an Expression of Interest form.
Whether you are representing a small, medium or large sized civil works company, you are eligible to enter your project into one of six categories based on contract value:
Projects are split into the following contract value categories:
- Category 1 – project value up to $1 million
- Category 2 – $1 million to $5 million
- Category 3 – $5 million to $10 million
- Category 4 – $10 million to $30 million
- Category 5 – $30 million to $75 million
- Category 6 – Project value greater than $75 million
In order to nominate your company for the 2017 CCF Earth Awards, fill out an Expression of Interest form online and submit it to CCF Earth Awards Coordinator Wayne Huntley at the CCF Victoria Branch Office. Upon receipt of this, CCF will send entrants a copy of the Earth Awards Submission Guide and Template which details all the requirements to formally enter the project.
The Earth Awards is an excellent means by which to showcase and promote a company’s capabilities to the civil works industry, its existing clients and prospective clients.
CCF recommends the Earth Awards as a strong mechanism to enhance the partnering relationships between a company and its clients. This particular focus has proved highly successful for many Earth Awards entrants in the past and will continue to do so into the future.
So, if your company has done something unique, set a new standard, or worked a job worthy of some genuine recognition, why not enter it into the 2017 CCF Earth Awards? Let your persistence, skills, strategic successes and dynamic teamwork speak for itself.
