Civil Contractors Federation Victoria is partnering with Lysander, a leading Australian consultancy in leadership development and organisational transformation, to launch a series of leadership development programs designed to empower individuals and support business growth across the civil industry, regardless of organisation size.

Through this collaboration, CCF Victoria and Lysander will deliver the Women in Construction Leadership Program, designed for emerging leaders, and a dedicated Executive Program for Women, aimed at senior women executives. Later this year, the partnership will also introduce the Frontline Leader Program, supporting leadership development for businesses of all sizes.

Empowering Leaders and Driving Growth Across the Industry
This partnership is focused on developing leadership skills at all levels of the civil industry, from individuals starting their leadership journey to those in executive positions. The goal is to foster both personal and organisational growth, ensuring that businesses, regardless of size, have access to the leadership development they need.

In addition to focusing on leadership for women, this partnership extends to leadership development programs designed to help smaller civil enterprises grow, such as the Frontline Leader Program, which will be introduced later in the year.

CCF Victoria CEO Lisa Kinross said the aim was to make leadership development accessible to all businesses, regardless of size.

The Women in Construction Leadership Program and the Executive Program for Women are central to the partnership’s mission to promote gender diversity in leadership roles. In parallel, programs like the Frontline Leader Program focus on developing leadership within businesses of all sizes, helping leaders improve performance and support sustainable business growth. This holistic approach ensures that the civil industry is equipped with the leadership skills needed for long-term success.
