Through the EPA Victoria Construction and Reference Group, the CCF is continuing engagement with the EPA on the commencement of the Environment Protection Act.

The Act will commence on July 1 and it is important that all Contractors are familiar with the implications and new requirements.

A considerable amount of guidance and information has been made available and can be found on the EPA website, EPA.vic.gov.au
