CCF Victoria President's Dinner

After being forced to postpone our President's Lunch in November 2021, we are excited to be kicking off this year’s events calendar with The President’s Dinner on Wednesday 16 February. Held at the sophisticated Glasshouse with sweeping views of the Olympic Park Precinct, this “black tie dinner” will be a great opportunity to come together and acknowledge the achievements and industry milestones of 2021!

Join us for this fast-paced, entertaining night with live performances from one of Australia’s great musical talents and networking opportunities as we come together and celebrate once again our finalists and winners of the Victorian and National CCF Earth and Training Awards.

It will also provide an opportunity for attendees to meet and hear from new CCF Victorian Branch President, Antony Damiani and newly appointed CCF Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Kinross who will be there to talk about the challenges facing the civil industry over the next 18 months, and what CCF Victoria will be doing to meet these challenges head on.

They will also make a number of key announcements around training and skills programs that will be open to members and the wider civil construction sector to meet demand for the record levels of expenditure on infrastructure in Victoria.

These programs will open up enormous opportunities for civil construction businesses in 2022 and beyond to be part of this record Forward Works Program for the state… Do not miss out!

SPECIAL GUEST – Australian TV personality and funny man Anthony Lehmann (LEHMO) will be there to MC proceedings.

Lehmo is one of Australia’s most experienced and well-travelled comedians. His live work has seen him headline at comedy clubs for well over fifteen years and work all corners of the globe – USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Lehmo has also become Australia’s number one ‘combat comic’, having completed seven ‘tours of duty’ performing for our troops abroad. These tours have seen Lehmo perform in army bases in East Timor, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Afghanistan, Egypt, Qatar and on a number of naval ships around the world. He is also regular on the festival circuit having performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Perth and Adelaide Fringe Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

PLUS… Home grown music on the night from Australia’s own Cameron Tapp!
