Sarah Henderson Sarah joined RDV as Regional Director, Grampians region in February 2023. Previously employed with the Department of Transport, Sarah has worked across various State Government portfolios over the past 16 years, including Victoria Police and the TAC. Her background is in communications, marketing, and community engagement, and she started her career in radio journalism in Ballarat and Warrnambool.

Sarah now leads the RDV team in the Grampians, working together to build prosperity across the region to make it a better place to live, visit, work and invest.

Michael Schneider  |  Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water

Michael Schneider is a civil engineer specialising in leading teams to deliver a broad range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The significance and importance of water to rural areas drives Michael to achieve positive outcomes for the communities where he works.

As Manager of Project Delivery at GWMWater, Michael is responsible for tendering, contract management, project delivery, and closeout of the water corporation’s capital works program, including urban and rural water supply, wastewater, recycled water, and headworks-related projects.
