Kelli Halden | Greater Shepparton City Council

Kelli is currently the Manager of Project Delivery with Greater Shepparton City Council, where the team develops and executes strategic plans for capital works delivery and oversees project management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Kelli provides the strategic direction and execution of capital projects and asset management initiatives. Her leadership helps drive efficiency, sustainability, and excellence in the delivery of essential infrastructure and services.

Kelli has over 15 years’ experience in project management and 25 years’ experience working in local government.

 

 

Lachlan McGregor | Senior Engineer – Goulburn Valley Water

Lachlan has over 20 years’ experience in the delivery of capital work projects for Goulburn Valley Water.

Projects have ranged from reservoir improvements and demolition to the construction of winter storage lagoons and water treatment plants. He has also worked on 5kW to 450kW pump stations, water main replacements and 450mm and 600mm diameter transfer pipelines.

Currently, Lachlan is working on two 5MW solar farms.

Grant Jones | Hume Regional Development Australia

Grant is a member of RDA Hume and a Business Group Leader/Technical Director with GHD Pty Ltd. He specialises in the geology/hydrogeology/geotechnical aspects of infrastructure projects, as well as broader infrastructure planning, business case development, and a wide variety of technical investigations and design.

Grant focuses on advocacy related to key connectivity and infrastructure priorities through RDA and brings over 20 years of experience working in the Hume region and delivering a range of infrastructure-related projects across the water, transport, environment, tourism, resources and energy sectors.
