Tom is the Program Manager – Quality Water for Wannon at Wannon Water.

The Quality Water for Wannon project is a $52 million dollar project to improve the quality of water in Portland, Port Fairy and Heywood.

Quality Water for Wannon will deliver improved taste and overall water quality to these three communities.

 

Abel Farrell  |  Warrnambool City Council

Abel Farrell Warrnambool City Council Abel is the Manager of Infrastructure Services at Warrnambool City Council, managing the Design Team, Development Engineering Team, Municipal Depot and the Warrnambool Airport.

He began his career as a Project Engineer with BMD Constructions, working predominantly on major highway projects in Victoria, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. He then moved from the private sector to the public sector in 2016 following the birth of his first daughter.

Abel lives with his wife Phoebe, and their three daughters on their farm in Woolsthorpe, 30 minutes north of Warrnambool.
