Partner and director at Matthews Steer Adrian heads up our transport, caravan and property divisions.

Adrian is passionate about assisting our clients with strategic planning, asset protection, and tax structuring, and providing financial and business analysis to assist in wealth generation for business owners. He is a skilled coach and mentor, has a track record for resolving tax issues and overseeing structuring transactions and is an accomplished presenter at various industry body conferences.  Adrian is also an Accredited Specialist Advisor with the FBA (Family Business Australia).

Adrian completed his Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Swinburne Hawthorn in 2016 and comes with a solution focus.

Adrian assists businesses to adopt lean processes and differentiate themselves from competitors. His ability to simplify the complications of business and provide concise, accessible, effective advice to make a difference, has built him a solid reputation with our clients.

 

Benjamin Audino – Matthews Steer (Accountants & Advisors), Senior Accountant/Client Manager

As senior accountant Benjamin is a key part of Matthews Steer’s tax and business advisory division.  After joining the firm in 2016 Ben has worked with clients in various industries, from bio-science and civil construction to real estate and retail.

With a growing portfolio of clients that he works with on a regular basis, Ben has come to develop a passion for building close client relationships, creating a deeper understanding of their businesses that enables him to effect positive changes. Benjamin’s ability to take advantage of technology and innovation has allowed him to make efficient use of time, affording him the opportunity to focus his attention on gaining a detailed understanding of the issues and opportunities faced by the businesses he works with. Ben works closely with internal finance teams and CFO’s to improve their procedures and systems to ensure accuracy of financial data and to gain a better understanding into stories behind the numbers.

Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and working towards his Chartered Tax Advisor qualification with the Tax Institute of Australia.
