CCF Victoria has partnered with Holmesglen to offer the unique opportunity of a preview and site tour/ inspection of the Victorian Tunnelling Centre at Holmesglen Drummond Street Campus in Chadstone.

Holmesglen’s Drummond Street campus is to be the site of a new $16 million Victorian Tunnelling Training Centre, where local workers will be trained in underground construction and tunnelling.

The new facility will include a replica mined tunnel and rail tunnel with a full-height entrance, three multi-purpose engineering workrooms and training facilities including tunnel shaft and concrete lining spray simulators, as well as virtual reality experiences.

The Australian-first tunnelling training centre will train thousands of local workers as part of the Victorian Government’s planned rail projects.
