Adrian Panozzo – Project Manager, CCF Positive Plans – Positive Futures

  • Adrian Panozzo will be presenting on CCF Victoria’s Positive Plans – Positive Futures Program (Mental Health & Wellbeing), designed to support business owners and senior leaders in the leading, development and implementation of mental health action plans in their organisations.

Adrian has over 25 years’ experience launching and leading businesses and large-scale community programs across elite sport, corporate and not for profit organisations.

He is the is a Winston Churchill Fellow and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Executive Program for Not for Profit Leaders.

Adrian is also the Director of the Better Life Group which focuses on creating initiatives with a social impact such as homeless phone company Better Life Mobile, which received global recognition in 2020 as winners of the World Mobile Phone Congress Dragon’s Den Award.

He has twice finished the Marathon de Sable a six day 240km foot race across the Sahara Desert, described as the toughest footrace on earth.

He has completed 10 Ironman races including the Hawaii Ironman World Championships and was a professional field umpire in the Australian Football League.

 

Lisa Kinross – CCF GM Training & Operations

CCF GM of Training & Operations, Lisa Kinross will be presenting on the following topics:

  • Opportunities for capability development for the Gippsland Region

  • Supporting regional community

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in management, human resources and education/training. Recently Lisa has been a leader and advocate for innovation and driving future skills development across the Water Industry nationally. She is a strategic advisor to industry, invited to sit on a number of industry committees and is highly networked.

Drawing on her networks she passionately brings about collaboration and sharing of ideas, knowledge, resources and experience. In her recent role as Head of the National Water and Safety Centre at Chisholm, she has been an industry disrupter and has delivered year on year outstanding growth in both revenue and client satisfaction. Other areas of specialisation over Lisa’s broad career have included organisational development, strategy planning, organisational design, change management, project management, business development, learning and development, and workforce capability strategy.

 

Cameron Spence – Program Manager, GROW Gippsland Program

Cameron will provide an overview of how the GROW Gippsland program is supporting local businesses and local employment across the region, including:

  • What is GROW Gippsland and who is involved
  • Major projects planned and underway across the region
  • Support available for local suppliers to build capability and connect with the pipeline of major projects
  • Procurement tools and systems for local suppliers     

Cameron is the Program Manager for the GROW Gippsland program and has significant experience supporting the delivery of major projects across Victoria.

Following roles in the automotive and IT industry, he spent 9 years at the Municipal Association of Victoria, leading sector wide procurement programs and training for Victorian local councils across a range of industries including energy, finance, professional services and plant and equipment.

Since 2018, Cameron has led the GROW Gippsland program working with ArcBlue Consulting and the Latrobe Valley Authority and supported government and industry with the delivery of major projects including the North East Link, new Footscray Hospital, Suburban Roads Upgrade, Opal Australian Paper Energy from Waste project and a number of major renewable energy projects across Gippsland.

Cameron specialises in community and stakeholder engagement, government relations, local and social procurement and industry development.
