CCF / UDIA Workshop (Metro): Workplace Manslaughter Legislation

The Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) and Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) are partnering together to host the first CCF / UDIA Industrial Workshop will focus on the introduction of the new Workplace Manslaughter Legislation, the Bill of which was tabled and passed in State Parliament late last year.

A presentation will be made by Cameron Hannebery, Special Counsel Workplace Relations and Safety at Lander and Rogers (legal consultants), addressing key areas of the new legislation and what they mean for businesses in the civil construction sector.

This will be followed by Q and A session facilitated by Danni Hunter, CEO of the UDIA, with a panel of subject matter experts.
