As the Senior Program Manager for ecologiQ, Louise oversees the team that facilitates the delivery of the Recycled First Policy and leads a program focused on breaking down barriers, fostering collaboration across industries, and accelerating the use of recycled and reused materials.
A strategic sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in sustainability, climate change & circularity, Louise’s present focus is on activating ecologiQ’s mission to build purposefully greener infrastructure.
Rhys Owen-Roberts, Senior Manager Sustainable Infrastructure, MRPV
Rhys leads MRPV’s Sustainable Infrastructure team to identify and deliver outcomes across MRPV’s roads program with a focus on climate change resilience, decarbonisation and circular economy.
Rhys has over 20 years’ experience in the construction, environmental and sustainability sectors. He is one of the key authors of VIDA’s Transport Infrastructure Decarbonisation Strategy and also chairs VIDA’s low carbon concrete technical working group.
