Following the Prime Minister’s announcement that the Government will undertake a review of the industrial relations system as part of its response to COVID-19, CCF National has written to Christian Porter, Attorney General and Industrial Relations Minister regarding the review.

CCF National has requested further information regarding the structure of the Working Groups and the mechanisms to enable CCF to provide input to the matters under discussion, either as a member of the Working Groups or by other means.

The Working Groups have been given a wide remit on a range of matters that have direct impact on the civil construction industry, including enterprise agreements, including those relating to ‘greenfields’ projects to encourage new investment.
