Can you be a Mentor? Have you enjoyed a gratifying career in the industry and feel you can pass your experience on to a new comer?

We are urgently looking for industry Mentors to take part in our Civil Skills Cadetship (CSC) Program and who can spare a small amount of time to help the next generation of civil workers.

We will Train you.

Your Commitment as a CSC Mentor would be as follows: 

5 November9am – 12.30pmMentor Training / Student MatchingLunch with Your Mentees – provided. Hallam area (TBA)
Friday’s 13th / 20th / 27th NovMentor SessionsCould be Couple of hours; Half Day; or Full Day Up to your discretion and availabilityOnsite – your choice of location.
Friday 4th Dec10am – 12.30pmCertificate PresentationBell Park Scout Camp – BBQ lunch provided
2 Days in Total over 6 monthsPhone call / visitOnce a student is in employment, they may need some guidance or have a Question from a trusted Industry expert
