- Building new corporate business for the RTO
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders
- Seek out new opportunities that will benefit the RTO
- Build on existing relationships within the business
- Utilize new and existing networks to promote the RTO
- Cold call potential clients and manage new enquiries
- Appointment setting
- Build a profitable sales pipeline Key selection criteria
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability in a Sales and Business development role, ideally selling training solutions across a variety of industries with 3+ years’ experience
- Proven sales experience
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Superior negotiation skills
- Demonstrated professional and business acumen
- Background in construction or RTO construction (desirable)
