  • Building new corporate business for the RTO
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Seek out new opportunities that will benefit the RTO
  • Build on existing relationships within the business
  • Utilize new and existing networks to promote the RTO
  • Cold call potential clients and manage new enquiries
  • Appointment setting
  • Build a profitable sales pipeline Key selection criteria
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability in a Sales and Business development role, ideally selling training solutions across a variety of industries with 3+ years’ experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Superior negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated professional and business acumen
  • Background in construction or RTO construction (desirable)
