Our team has been out and about at a range of industry events and meetings, ensuring we represent our members and stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technical developments, and regulatory changes.

Recently, we attended the NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Regulator) Vision 2035 event, where forward-looking strategies for the heavy vehicle industry were discussed. This session provided valuable insights into future regulatory changes and opportunities for innovation within the sector.

We also participated in the LGIDA (Local Government Infrastructure Design Association) VUDUM (Visual Urban Design and Utility Management) Presentation. This session explored evolving infrastructure design techniques and the integration of utilities in urban development, key areas for members working with local councils.

In the urban development space, we joined UDIA (Urban Development Industry Association) for their Making It Stack Lunch, an event focused on vertical development trends, sustainability, and the future of city planning. The event was a great opportunity to exchange ideas with key players in urban development.

Our commitment to the water industry was highlighted through our engagement with the WILC (Water Industry Liaison Committee), where discussions on best practices, regulatory compliance, and sustainability in water management took centre stage.

Safety standards were front and centre at the WorkSafe foundations for safety committee meeting, where we discussed workplace safety and best practices across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Additionally, we participated in an important meeting regarding concrete pumping industry standards, focusing on the latest regulatory updates and safety measures in this vital area of construction.

Finally, our team held a series of meetings with local councils to discuss the CCF Code and its ongoing implementation. These discussions are crucial to ensuring that our members are aligned with local government standards and have a voice in shaping future policy.
