This program runs over a four-month period, with a focus on practical leadership development. This program is specially crafted to shift your perspective on yourself, your role, and the opportunities available in the construction industry.  

Going beyond theoretical concepts, our goal is to empower you with practical insights and skills that will resonate in real-world scenarios. By the end of the program, you’ll not only have a clearer understanding of your potential but also be equipped with a strategic toolkit that will help you navigate and succeed in the dynamic landscape of the construction sector.

Overview

The program immerses participants in a vibrant, multifaceted learning experience, from self-paced digital modules with rich, immersive content to workshops, which provide the opportunity to share knowledge, practice and consolidate learning. Our program allows you to interact with your peers across various mediums, with the opportunity to gain insights and build powerful new connections.

On completion of the program, learners will:

  • Gain increased capability and confidence in taking up their role in a traditionally gender imbalanced workplace environment.
  • Build a network of like-minded individuals who can maintain their authenticity in a complex and changing workplace.
  • Grow leadership skills in readiness for more senior leadership roles as the opportunity arises.
  • Have a forum to discuss challenges and explore ways to navigate them.
  • Build social awareness and influencing skills.
  • Be adaptable to the needs of the environment without losing their own inherent skills around empathy, a natural sense of timing and agility of thought.
  • Gain awareness and skills in how to advocate for a psychologically safe workplace.

Our Leadership Development Program is priced at:

  • Members 10% discount $5,435.10 per person
  • Non-members $6,039 per person

  • All program materials, including workshop handouts, required for the four-month duration of the program.​
  • Access to our cutting-edge online learning platform, featuring a wealth of short videos, interactive graphs, and exercises to enhance your learning experience. ​
  • An invitation for both you and a guest of yours to attend both the launch and graduation networking event. ​

FAQ

How is Leadership Development Program delivered?
This four-month program will be delivered through a combination of both online learning and in-person interactive workshops. The online learning platform features short videos, interactive graphs and exercises to keep you engaged. The workshops are conducted face-to-face, at CCF Victoria’s training facility, where participants will be able to interact with one another and contribute wherever appropriate.

Will I need to purchase any additional materials?
Your program fee covers all program materials required for the program — including any handout materials at each workshop. All of the materials for the Leadership Development Program are accessed on the program platform, in which you can print them on your own or utilise them as an electronic PDF.
