Founded in October 2015, JNR Civil is privately-owned Victorian-based Civil Construction company with a modern office based in Somerton, Melbourne. Our projects are delivered by our civil construction professionals to specification, to budget and on time; whilst upholding the strict health and safety practices and environmental considerations for our clients.
Our director Ali Sekman has over 30 years’ experience as an Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of operations in various civil contracting companies. Ali Sekman, along with Jim Thomas were founders and directors of Rokon Pty Ltd in 1997 who are one of the major Civil Construction companies in Victoria, Ali resigned as director in December 2016. Ali Sekman’s experience in all facets of civil construction and also his great relationships he remains within the industry gives JNR Civil a competitive advantage, giving you extensive and practical experience at an economical price.
