After spending the first half of her career in the private sector in Communications and Technology, Debbie joined Government in 2012 in the Registration and Licensing division leading Workforce Optimisation and responsible for one of the largest on shore contact centres in Australia.

A passionate advocate for diversity, social inclusion and staff development, Debbie has successfully driven significant cultural change to improve productivity, team capability and engagement

 

Sinead Redmond
Head of Infrastructure Delivery – Geelong Port

Sinèad is an accomplished leader, a qualified civil engineer and project manager. She has extensive experience in project delivery across a range of sectors.
Sinead has proven experience as an influential leader who works within business development, directing large teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
As GeelongPort’s Head of Infrastructure Delivery, Sinèad oversees all engineering, asset management and project management functions.

Brendan Windmeyer
Acting General Manager Infrastructure, Technology and Transformation – Barwon Water

While acting as General Manager Infrastructure, Technology and Transformation, Brendan overseas the operation of Barwon Water’s world-standard water, sewerage and recycled water infrastructure. The group is charged with maximising the quality, security, productivity and affordability of all assets in a climate focussed environment.

 

Brendan has a strong commercial background, having previously worked across a number of sectors including asset management, construction, mining and manufacturing. Brendan is an experienced and inspiring people leader with particular strengths in building organisational capability, embedding diversity and inclusion, delivering commercial and customer value and achieving excellence in occupational health and safety.

David Greaves
A/Executive Director – City Infrastructure at City of Greater Geelong

David is a seasoned leader committed to cultivating resilient, respectful, innovative and questioning teams; who feel safe to challenge and strive for continuous improvement and betterment. Having dedicated his career to the government sector, David has navigated various disciplines and roles within many organisations.  David’s leadership has been instrumental in many projects including;

      • Construction of the Barwon Waters Class A recycled water plants at North Geelong and Blackrock $150m
      • Construction of the Golden Plains Shire Offices in Bannockburn
      • Working in Christchurch NZ following the 2011 earthquakes on recovery alliances
      • Working in remote Papua New Guinea on a Water and composting toilet project as part of a Barwon Water/Rotary project.

 With a diverse career, starting as a Draftsman, David honed skills in traditional ink pen drafting. His career at the City has been diverse; working in roles including Manager of City Works, Parks & Gardens, and Acting CEO along with Coordinator positions in Wastewater and Water Treatment.
