Jody Riordan
General Manager Regional City Planning & Assets – Latrobe City Council

Jody was appointed to the role of General Manager Regional City Planning and Assets on 1 December 2021, after acting in the role since May 2021. The role includes overseeing the delivery of over $70m in capital works for 2023/24. Prior to this, Jody was the Manager Regional City Planning for 4.5 years. Regional City Planning and Assets consists of the following departments:
– City Assets
– City Presentation
– Sustainability and Environment
– Regional City Planning
Jody is a highly experienced international Urban and Regional Planner. During his career he has provided high end consulting services in Ireland and in Australia, working in many sectors including State and Local Government level and private consultancy.

Paul Henderson
Gippsland Water – Manager for Asset Delivery

Paul is responsible for leading the Asset Delivery team at Gippsland Water and the delivery of the organisation’s capital works program. Paul has a background in public sector infrastructure project management and more than 17 years of experience in the water industry,  focusing on design development, procurement strategies, tendering and construction contract management.

Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), a Graduate Diploma in Business from Monash University and an MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University.
