Beth brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the transport, technology and infrastructure industry.  Beth’s strong history in leading teams will foster positive outcomes for stakeholders, customers, and the community.

A passionate and proud Gippsland local, Beth’s priority is to make a difference for the community, by delivering a better transport experience connecting regional communities, businesses and visitors.

Brian Morrison
Compliance Specialist – AusNet

He brings more than 14 years’ experience in AusNet working with contractors in distribution and over 40 years’ experience in the electrical industry, originally starting his training in the SEC as a HV/LV Paper Cable Jointer. In his current role Brian works directly with developers and civil contractors and actively engages across the industry through forums such as AusNet’s Developer Consultative Committee to improve work site safety and quality. He currently serves as an AusNet representative on the Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks (VEDN), a committee of the Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI), which is responsible for accrediting civil contractors and Auditors who are involved in the civil installation of underground electrical infrastructure.

Tim McAuliffe
Manager, Regional Operations – Gippsland and Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions

Tim has worked for the Victorian Government in a number of senior investment and economic development roles in Gippsland for the past 12 years, including leading and coordinating private sector projects that generate new jobs, grow investment, and connect Gippsland’s businesses to international trade opportunities.

Tim has also been involved in developing and leading placed based Victorian Government initiatives and priorities that has supported the ongoing diversification of the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland regional economy.

Tim also has over 17 years of private sector experience in the Agri Food sector including senior executive roles with national companies, including Perfection Fresh and the One Harvest Group, in leading teams in genetics and seed production, primary production, food processing, business development, supply chain management and strategy development.

Adrian Kelly
East Gippsland Water – Manager Capital Program Delivery and Major Projects

Adrian Kelly is a chartered Civil Engineer with 19 years’ experience in the water and wastewater industry. Adrian joined East Gippsland Water in 2015 as the Manager of Capital Program Delivery. Adrian is a passionate Hawthorn support who enjoys making the most of lots of the outdoor pursuits that the region has to offer.
