Event Speakers:

Lisa Kinross – GM Training & Operations, CCF Victoria

Lisa is a highly qualified, experienced executive and transformational leader with over 20 years’ experience in management, human resources and education/training. Recently Lisa has been a leader and advocate for innovation and driving future skills development across the Water Industry nationally. She is a strategic advisor to industry, invited to sit on a number of industry committees and is highly networked.

Drawing on her networks she passionately brings about collaboration and sharing of ideas, knowledge, resources and experience. In her recent role as Head of the National Water and Safety Centre at Chisholm, she has been an industry disrupter and has delivered year on year outstanding growth in both revenue and client satisfaction.

Steven Healy – Executive General Manager Climate and Population Adaptation, Coliban Water

Steven has been with Coliban Water for 10 years, prior to which he worked with South East Water, Gippsland Water and Melbourne Water holding positions in water operations (headworks, water treatment and distribution) construction, planning and integrated system management (environment, safety, and drinking water quality). Prior to this he worked overseas in construction in the food and pharmaceutical industries before returning to Australia.

Whilst at Coliban Water Steven has been responsible for the management of all raw water systems from our catchment up to the water treatment plants, including managing the rural system and water resource planning. Also, he has been responsible for Developer Services and Water and Sewer Planning.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Computing). Steven’s current position is leading the team responsible for climate adaptation and mitigation, infrastructure planning and delivery, innovation and servicing the needs for growth in our region.

Brian Westley – Director Presentation & Assets, City of Bendigo

Brian is a respected and strategic leader having worked in State Government for 17 years, with the past six years in various executive leadership positions.

Brian has led a variety of functions including policy, operations, business support, community engagement, statutory planning, business case development, strategic land use planning and emergency management.

In 2017, Brian was the Project Director of the Country Roads Project; the largest public engagement in Victorian transport, connecting with more than 11,000 Victorians.

An advocate for environmental sustainability, Brian was the previous Chair of the Victorian Recycled Products in Roads Taskforce.

Adrian Panozzo – CCF Project Manager

Adrian Panozzo is a purpose driven leader with over 25 years’ experience building businesses, managing projects and developing organisations across elite sport, the not-for-profit sector and a number of corporate environments.

Much of his work has related to creating positive social impacts in the areas of mental health, homelessness, addiction, telecommunications and digital inclusion. Adrian is currently working with CCF Victoria to deliver the Positive Plans – Positive Futures Program, a State-wide initiative developed by CCF Victoria with the support of WorkSafe’s WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund that aims to create mentally healthy workplaces in the civil construction industry.
